About the role
OneForma is looking for remote contributors to help build AI‑trained datasets by providing real‑world e‑commerce email examples. As an E‑commerce Data Contributor you will share anonymised copies of order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices or cancellation messages from your own inbox.
Key responsibilities
- Search your email inbox for e‑commerce communications such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, refunds, returns or cancellations.
- Collect and submit the selected email samples through the OneForma platform.
- Ensure that each submission respects privacy guidelines and contains only the relevant e‑commerce content.
- Submit the data within the estimated one‑hour task window.
Required profile
- Native speaker of the target language.
- Currently residing in a country where the target language is the native language.
- Ability to access personal e‑commerce emails and share them securely.
- Basic computer and email handling skills.
