Dynamics CRM Functional Associate (MB210/220/230/240) + PL400

About the role

ITC is seeking a senior Dynamics CRM Functional Associate to lead field‑service transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will work closely with Microsoft Dynamics leadership, help shape go‑to‑market collateral, and drive adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions across sales and service domains.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate prospects, sell and deliver field‑service transformation engagements.
• Build and manage project teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Create differentiated content and collateral to position ITC in the marketplace.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in CRM consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM 2011 (On‑Prem).
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Deep functional knowledge of sales and service processes within Dynamics 365.
• Bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel up to 50%, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
