Dynamics CRM Functional Associate (MB210/220/230/240) + PL400

About the role

The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate will work closely with Microsoft Dynamics leadership to drive field‑service transformation projects for enterprise clients. This senior‑level position combines consulting expertise, technical delivery, and business development to help clients modernize their sales and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and sell Dynamics 365 field‑service projects.
• Design and deliver transformation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Build collateral and content that differentiates the firm in the marketplace.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in CRM consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM 2011 (On‑Prem).
• Proven track record leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Deep functional knowledge of sales and service processes within Dynamics 365.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
