Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk (Remote, US)

About the role

Gainwell is seeking a detail‑oriented Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk to support Medicaid drug rebate payments. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to the health and well‑being of vulnerable members.

Key responsibilities

• Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems.
• Maintain weekly deposit spreadsheets, coversheets, and related correspondence for EFT payments.
• Index, correct, and post historic payments as needed.
• Track and update deposit records, ensuring compliance with desk‑level procedures and contract requirements.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve efficiency, workflow, and operational success.
• Assist with special projects and provider‑education activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to multitask.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe/Nitro PDF tools.
• Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, and SSRS reporting.
• Comfort with Remote Desktop Connection and Windows PC environments.
• 10‑key data‑entry proficiency for high‑volume entry.
