Driver & Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join a fast‑paced team supporting a leading HVAC wholesale distributor. As a Driver & Warehouse Associate you will handle daily loading, unloading, and delivery of HVAC freight while maintaining accurate inventory in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload HVAC products and materials from trucks.
• Deliver freight to customers and vendors, ensuring timely and safe transport.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise, verifying accuracy against orders.
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the Sales Center Manager.
• Perform daily truck and forklift checks, report mileage and returns.
• Maintain the warehouse and grounds in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory control processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months verified experience driving a company pickup truck.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and multitask in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of LTL and full‑truckload logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass drug screening and background check.
