Driver Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join a fast‑paced team at a leading wholesale HVAC distributor as a Driver Warehouse Associate. You will handle daily loading, unloading, and delivery of HVAC freight while maintaining accurate inventory in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and forklifts.
• Deliver HVAC freight and materials to customers and vendors.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise, verifying accuracy against orders.
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the Sales Center Manager.
• Perform daily truck and forklift maintenance checks and report usage.
• Operate OF device appropriately and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep the warehouse and grounds clean and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and complete other assigned duties.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of verifiable experience driving a company pickup truck.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of LTL and full‑truckload logistics.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Preferred: 6 months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation, and a high school diploma or GED.
