Driver / Warehouse Associate (HVAC Freight)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced team delivering HVAC equipment across the region. As a Driver/Warehouse Associate you will handle daily loading, unloading and transportation of HVAC freight while maintaining accurate inventory in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload HVAC products and materials from a 22 ft box truck or stake‑bed truck.
• Deliver freight to customers and vendors, ensuring timely and safe transport.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify merchandise against orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the Sales Center Manager.
• Perform daily truck and forklift maintenance checks and report any issues.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent driving experience with a 22 ft box truck or stake‑bed truck.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years (no suspensions, DUI, or more than one moving violation per year).
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass drug screening and background check.
