Driver & Warehouse Associate – HVAC Distribution

About the role

Join a fast‑paced team supporting a leading HVAC equipment distributor. As a Driver/Warehouse Associate you will manage inventory, load and unload freight, and deliver products to customers and vendors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload HVAC products daily using a company pickup truck and forklift.
• Deliver and transport HVAC freight and materials to customer locations.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock merchandise against purchase orders.
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklists, report mileage and returns.
• Use and maintain the OF device as required.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory control.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep the warehouse and grounds clean and safe.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months verifiable experience driving a company pickup truck.
• At least 6 months warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• Ability to multitask, meet daily deadlines, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
