Drain Technician

About the role

Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Drain Technician to join its high‑performance service team. You will diagnose drain issues, educate homeowners, and guide them toward confident decisions while upholding the company’s standards of ownership and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls.
• Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues.
• Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections.
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well‑stocked truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work.
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets.

Required profile

• Experience in drains, sewer, or related plumbing work.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Motivated, proactive, and growth‑oriented.
• Pride in workmanship and results.
