About the role

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a motivated Drafting Intern to support its engineering team. This position offers hands‑on experience for students or recent graduates eager to develop practical drafting skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering drawings from concepts and specifications.
• Assist engineers with drafting and design tasks.
• Perform take‑offs, estimates, schedules, and research as needed.
• Learn and operate CAD software under supervision.
• Participate in occasional field surveys.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; coursework or previous internships are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
