About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Dough Line Operator/Baker to join our bakery team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process dough according to production requirements.
- Operate and monitor dough line equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the production area.
- Assist with daily bakery production targets.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- 1‑2 years' experience as a baker, dough line operator, or in a bakery production environment.
- Knowledge of dough preparation and bakery production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts when required.
