About the role

Biscuits & Bath is seeking enthusiastic Managers and Assistant Managers to lead our dog‑care locations across Manhattan. You will be part of a people‑first team that helps dogs live their best lives while supporting the growth of our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a dog‑care location, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dog handlers, groomers, and trainers.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance of the site.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any concerns promptly.
• Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and career progression.

Required profile

• Passion for dogs and experience in the pet‑care industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
