District Service Manager – Imaging Systems (Orange County, CA)

About the role

Philips is seeking a District Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers delivering Imaging Systems services across Orange County, CA. You will drive strategic and tactical plans to meet revenue targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and uphold Philips’ brand reputation in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent while fostering a culture of integrity and customer focus.
• Build and execute the regional business plan, managing full profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
• Collaborate with regional sales to grow contract capture rates and service price realization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, escalation processes, and Net Promoter Score excellence.
• Partner with Business Operations to improve efficiency, delegate metrics, and manage risk.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations, preferably in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience (9+ years total).
• Proven ability to manage profit‑and‑loss statements and implement growth‑driving strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
