District Service Manager – Imaging Systems (Bay Area)

About the role
As a District Service Manager you will lead a team of Field Service Engineers delivering Imaging Systems customer services. You will develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to meet annual revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and enhancing Philips’ reputation in the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and develop new hires while retaining top talent.
- Foster a culture of integrity and build a productive, customer‑focused team environment.
- Drive business and service strategies to achieve customer loyalty and manage regional sales relationships.
- Implement customer‑focused solutions, ensure Net Promoter Score excellence, and follow escalation processes.
- Build and execute the region’s business plan, driving operational performance and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Business Operations to improve efficiency, track metrics and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Own full profit/loss responsibility for the region and develop growth‑focused business plans.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to manage risks, identify growth opportunities and balance revenue growth with productivity.
Required profile
- 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery, operations or related field; diagnostic imaging background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 9+ years experience.
- Proven ability to manage profit/loss business and develop strategic initiatives that generate revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, mentoring, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel ~60% across the Bay Area with occasional overnight stays and to maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in office/home office, remote and hospital environments, with flexible hours and required PPE.

- Annual pay range $131,000 to $208,000 plus potential bonus, commission or long‑term incentives.
