District Manager – Ohio Valley

About the role

Surventis Surface Treatment is seeking a District Manager for the Ohio Valley region. The role leads sales operations, drives revenue growth, and ensures the delivery of high‑performance surface‑treatment solutions to customers in automotive, aerospace, aluminum finishing and metal forming markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve district quotas and increase market share.
• Lead, coach and train a team of sales representatives, providing regular performance feedback.
• Monitor and analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

• Proven track record in sales leadership within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset and ownership of targets.
• Willingness to travel within the Ohio Valley territory.
