District Manager – Multi‑Unit QSR Operations

About the role

Everyday Coffee Company, a fast‑growing franchise partner of Dunkin', is expanding nationwide and seeks a dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple quick‑service restaurant locations. You will drive operational excellence, open new stores, and lead high‑performing teams across a large geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, construction processes, health & safety regulations, and permit requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain operational consistency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage labor and food costs, oversee cash handling, and drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives.
• Implement new product rollouts, promotional campaigns, and analyze performance data to develop corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑unit restaurant or QSR management experience, preferably with Dunkin' or similar brands.
• Proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
