About the role

The District Human Resources Manager (DHRM) serves as a strategic business partner for a district of 6–13 stores, driving talent readiness, associate engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The role aligns people strategies with business goals and company values, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support associate support department supervisors in selection and development, ensuring a pipeline for future leadership.
  • Partner with store and district leaders to maintain quality and consistency in hiring, onboarding, and assimilation of internal and external talent.
  • Lead HR Town Halls, act on Voice of Associate survey results, and manage associate relations, workplace incidents, investigations, and accommodations.
  • Oversee change initiatives such as new store openings, closures, restructurings, and strategic realignments.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Workday, and other HR tools to identify skill gaps, monitor training execution, and promote continuous learning.
