Distribution Supervisor

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead its Fort Worth distribution center. The role oversees the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished medical‑technology products, ensuring efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an hourly workforce, fostering accountability, collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily distribution activities including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and outbound shipments.
• Drive change‑management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement process enhancements.
• Identify and resolve operational and personnel conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns promptly and promote engagement.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet business demand while controlling costs.
• Develop and maintain work instructions aligned with safety standards and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading distribution or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, optimize processes and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
