Dispatch Coordinator – Field Operations

About the role

Belle is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to keep our field team running smoothly. You will manage appointment bookings, handle real‑time communication with technicians, and ensure members receive timely care.

Key responsibilities

• Fill same‑day and next‑day schedule openings by managing waitlists and pull‑forward opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach to convert open capacity into confirmed appointments.
• Provide professional support via member text and chat channels.
• Coordinate real‑time responses to technician callouts, minimizing appointment loss.
• Serve as the primary communication link with field technicians using two‑way radio.
• Partner with Customer Success to retain appointments and reduce cancellations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and scheduling activity in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or operations.
• Comfort managing multiple live conversations (text, chat, radio) simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in mobile healthcare, home health, or telehealth operations is a plus.
