Dishwasher – Restaurant

About the role

Join the Outback family as a Dishwasher and play a key part in delivering an AUS‑SOME dining experience. You will be responsible for keeping all dishes, utensils and small wares spotless while supporting the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper temperature and chemical usage.
• Load, unload, and sort dishes, glasses, and utensils efficiently.
• Dispose of trash, remove linen bags, and keep work areas tidy.
• Restock the kitchen and cooking line as needed throughout the shift.
• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant, including floors and surfaces.
• Monitor and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of back‑of‑house experience in a full‑service restaurant (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, including openings, swings and closes.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 30 lb and stand in hot or cold environments.
