Dishwasher & Porter – Restaurant

About the role

As a Dishwasher & Porter at Boqueria®, you will keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless, ensuring guests receive clean cutlery, plates, and glassware. You will also maintain pots, pans, and kitchen tools so line cooks can prepare dishes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen and dining surfaces.
• Wash, dry, and store cutlery, plates, and glassware.
• Maintain pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in ready‑to‑use condition.
• Support line cooks by keeping workstations organized.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform bending, reaching, and twisting motions as needed.

• Physically able to stand long periods, lift 50 lb, bend, reach, and twist.
• At least 18 years old.
