Dishwasher & Porter – Restaurant

About the role

As a Dishwasher/Porter at Boqueria, you will keep the kitchen and dining areas immaculate, ensuring guests receive spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. You will support the line cooks by maintaining clean pots, pans, and kitchen tools so they can create delicious Spanish tapas.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and store all dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and workstations.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Ensure the dining area remains tidy and presentable.
• Follow health and safety standards, including proper lifting and handling of up to 50 lb items.
