About the role
As a Dishwasher / Porter at Boqueria®, you will keep the kitchen and dining areas immaculate, ensuring guests receive spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware while supporting line cooks with clean cookware.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, dining areas, and equipment.
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Maintain a steady supply of clean cookware for the line cooks.
- Follow health and safety standards for food service environments.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and a smile while tackling tasks.
- Team player who supports colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every item is spotless.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, bend, reach, and twist.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
