About the role
The Dishwasher is an essential member of the back‑of‑house team at LoLa 41, supporting a high‑volume kitchen that blends Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, and other global flavors. You will keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service, ensuring that all cookware and smallware are prepared to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine kitchen duties according to chef or manager instructions.
- Label, store, and organize chemicals and cleaning supplies following food‑safety guidelines.
- Stock, clean, and arrange kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Inspect and sanitize food‑preparation areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Support a clean, efficient, and professional kitchen culture.
Required profile
- Consistent availability to work weekends and flexible shifts, including day, evening, and night.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to food safety.
- Physical stamina to stand and work on feet for long periods.
- Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to assist wherever needed.
