About the role
The Dishwasher is a vital member of the back‑of‑house team, responsible for cleaning plates, cookware, and maintaining an organized kitchen environment to support smooth service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine kitchen duties according to chef or manager instructions.
- Label, store, and organize chemicals and cleaning supplies following food safety guidelines.
- Stock, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Inspect and sanitize food preparation areas to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Support a clean, efficient, and professional kitchen culture.
Required profile
- Ability to work weekends consistently, with additional weekday and weekend shifts as needed.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including day, evening, and night.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support the kitchen wherever needed.
