About the role
Legends Global is recruiting a dishwasher for the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque. The role involves cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils, and keeping the kitchen work areas clean and orderly.
Key responsibilities
- Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils, using dishwashers or by hand
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Wash all china, glass and silverware
- Clean all equipment, pots and pans
- Store all equipment in its proper location
- Sweep and mop all kitchen floors
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
Required profile
- Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and regulations, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training
