We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our busy Ani Ramen House in Cranford. This full‑time position supports the kitchen team in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food items following recipes and proper procedures.
- Maintain consistent plating, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields.
