Dishwasher (Full Time)

About the role

Eurest is seeking a reliable full‑time Dishwasher to join the food‑service team at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, CO. The role involves maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while supporting overall food‑service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse and wash dishes, pots, pans and trays by hand or using a conveyor dishwashing machine.
• Polish silverware using a burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth.
• Monitor and maintain proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam‑clean garbage cans and ensure waste is placed in designated containers.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior dishwashing experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Ability to work the full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing machines.
• Use of silver‑polishing equipment (burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel).
• Knowledge of sanitation and chemical handling procedures.
