About the role
The Director, Transaction Services leads the Global Process Owner functions for Accounts Payable, T&E Auditing, Card Program Administration, Supplier Maintenance, Purchase Order Maintenance and Help Desk. The role ensures standardized, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery while supporting day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations and service delivery across all Transaction Services functions.
- Lead process‑improvement and efficiency initiatives to reduce cost and accelerate productivity.
- Drive strategic projects, including expansion initiatives and M&A integrations, that maximize business value.
- Advance KPI/metrics, performance management, and monthly operational reporting.
- Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities in collaboration with operations teams.
- Translate optimization needs into roadmaps, metrics, SLAs and track time‑ and cost‑savings.
- Report risk areas, document incidents and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Design, update and audit controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain and refresh standard operating procedures in SharePoint.
- Partner with internal teams such as M&A COE and Analytics & Automation to align initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience with Oracle Financials.
- Solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance practices.
