Director, Training and Enablement

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and scaling the training and enablement strategy for customers, partners, and internal teams within a complex healthcare technology environment. The role focuses on ensuring users adopt and derive value from a data‑driven platform that supports large‑scale healthcare transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise‑wide training and enablement strategy across external and internal audiences.
• Own the full onboarding experience, creating role‑based learning paths and adoption milestones.
• Develop, launch, and scale certification programs to validate competency.
• Build and manage an asynchronous learning ecosystem, including LMS strategy, content libraries, and digital assets.
• Lead instructional design to translate complex healthcare workflows into clear learning experiences.
• Partner with Product and Implementation teams to align training with release cycles and go‑live timelines.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track training effectiveness and impact on adoption.
• Manage a small team of instructional designers or training specialists while establishing operational processes and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an enablement leader in the healthcare or health‑tech sector.
• Strong understanding of value‑based care concepts and data‑driven platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and act as a strategic advisor.
• Track record of building scalable learning infrastructures and certification programs.
