Director, Terminal Business Development

About the role

The Revenue division seeks a strategic leader to drive commercial performance, passenger experience, and long‑term value across San Diego International Airport’s terminal environment. As Director, Terminal Business Development you will shape and execute in‑terminal revenue and concession strategies for a highly active airport campus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue and concession strategies for terminal spaces.
• Optimize commercial performance and enhance the passenger experience.
• Identify and pursue long‑term value‑creation opportunities within the terminal.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business development initiatives with airport strategic goals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development or commercial management, preferably within aviation or large‑scale facilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and operational improvements.
