About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Tax Innovation and Tax Data Transformation practice. In this senior position you will partner with clients to design and deliver integrated solutions that combine business strategy, user experience, and cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative tax data transformation strategies for clients.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of projects that blend business, experience, and technology components.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and craft impactful, data‑driven solutions.

• Generate thought‑leadership content and new ideas to advance tax innovation.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, PwC’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/technology/finance qualification.
