Director, Social Media Marketing

About the role

Starface is looking for a Director, Social Media Marketing to shape and execute its social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will own the overall social presence, aligning organic and paid efforts to deepen community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a holistic social media and platform strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and new channels.
• Lead the social content calendar, ensuring timely, culturally relevant, and on‑brand content.
• Integrate performance insights with creative briefs to drive both organic growth and paid social efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
• Monitor cultural trends and platform updates to keep Starface ahead of social innovation.
