Director, Services Program Enablement

About the role

The Director, Services Program Enablement leads the Services Program Management team within Mastercard. The role focuses on elevating program performance across the Services business unit and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Enable business teams to navigate and prioritize program requirements and expectations.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver program management activities such as Office Hours, KPI and executive reporting, and cross‑enterprise collaboration.
• Establish and enforce program governance standards and enterprise tooling.
• Lead change initiatives with a customer‑centric approach, ensuring communications reflect exceptional service.
• Influence and collaborate with senior leaders to drive solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate executive vision, and report program performance to leadership.
