Director, Project Management

About the role

The Director, Project Management will lead enterprise‑wide project initiatives within a mission‑driven digital health organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape governance, build scalable frameworks, and ensure visibility and decision‑making across complex, cross‑functional programs.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized project intake process aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Design executive reporting frameworks that surface portfolio status, resource allocation, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate inter‑project dependencies, monitor performance, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project KPIs, provide regular insights to leadership, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor project managers, promote best practices, and manage project budgets and resources.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading enterprise‑level project management programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and change‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
