Director, Product Sales (North America)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive growth of its cross‑border payment and remittance solutions across North America. The Director, Product Sales will own a portfolio of strategic Money Transfer Operators and remittance providers, shaping multi‑year growth strategies and expanding the reach of Mastercard Send and Cross‑Border Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key Money Transfer Operators (MTOs) and remittance providers.
• Develop and execute multi‑year customer growth plans to increase transaction volume, revenue and profitability.
• Identify, commercialise and launch new money‑movement opportunities across domestic and international payment flows.
• Introduce new payment corridors, use cases and customer segments to broaden Mastercard’s solution set.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including renewals, pricing, business cases and long‑term partnership agreements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Delivery, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams to accelerate execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or growth initiatives for payment, fintech or remittance businesses.
• Strong track record of building executive‑level relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of cross‑border payments, money‑movement ecosystems and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
