Director, Partner Programs & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Partner Programs & Operations to design, build and run ClickHouse’s global partner ecosystem. You will work closely with VP‑level leadership across partners, sales and revenue operations to create programs, systems and metrics that drive partner‑sourced pipeline and certified delivery capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refresh the partner program tiering, benefits, requirements and annual MDF budget.
• Manage operational relationships with hyperscalers and top‑tier partners, ensuring compliance, competency and funding.
• Set partner‑business measurement standards, own pipeline contribution and delivery capacity reporting.
• Design and own partner systems, including PRM, Salesforce partner data model, deal registration rules and co‑sell processes.
• Co‑own channel development, onboarding, activation and enablement frameworks for strategic and long‑tail partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years in partner, channel or revenue operations with at least five years leading a team.
• Proven track record of building partner programs from concept to execution.
• Direct experience with AWS, GCP or Azure partner programs, including co‑sell and marketplace mechanics.
• Strong understanding of partner economics, MDF, rebates and margin impact.
