Director of Talent & Culture

About the role

BODEN is seeking a Director of Talent & Culture to shape the employee experience from onboarding through development, while preserving the entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit of the agency. Reporting to the EVP, Integration & Impact, this leader will build structure without bureaucracy and bring positive energy to help teams perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and policy management.
• Oversee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, supplemental) and lead annual open enrollment, vendor relationships, and renewals.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and support leadership in maintaining competitive pay structures.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and keep company policies current and well‑communicated.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, candidate experience, and employer branding across communications, marketing, and creator industries.
• Develop and continuously improve onboarding, manager training, professional development, and leadership programs.
• Design clear career paths, development frameworks, and tools that enable managers to lead effectively.
• Own the performance review process, talent calendar, goal‑setting conversations, and development plans.
• Partner with leadership to reinforce company values, drive employee engagement, and adapt to emerging workforce expectations.
