Director of Sales Development

About the role

INNERGY is seeking a Director of Sales Development to define and execute the strategy for its XDR organization. You will shape the operating model, set targets, and build the leadership layer that drives pipeline generation for a fast‑growing ERP platform serving custom manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall sales development strategy, targets, and operating model.
• Recruit, coach, and hold accountable managers and team leads who run the SDR teams.
• Plan headcount and ramp models to ensure pipeline scales with company goals.
• Own forecast accuracy, defending quarterly projections without exceptions.
• Align Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on the definition of a qualified opportunity.
• Select and manage tooling and budget to maximize team efficiency and demonstrate ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling a sales development function.
• Track record of delivering predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop managers and team leads.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to own forecasting responsibilities.
