Director of Recruitment – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

The Director of Recruitment will design and scale a national talent acquisition engine for a fast‑growing hospitality investment sales brokerage. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build pipelines, accelerate new‑agent productivity, and create a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple markets to attract top commercial real‑estate brokerage talent.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, tracking broker transitions and emerging talent.
• Manage outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with growth objectives and market expansion plans.
• Maintain recruiting activity, pipelines, and metrics in Salesforce and other recruiting platforms.
• Design and own onboarding programs, ensuring new hires transition smoothly and reach productivity quickly.
• Create and deliver internal training curricula for new agents and ongoing talent development.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within commercial real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven track record of building scalable recruiting pipelines and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, talent mapping, and metric tracking.
• Ability to work strategically and influence senior leadership.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) for pipeline and metric management.
