Director of Quality

About the role

Rangeview is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the development and execution of its quality, reliability, and compliance strategy. This senior leader will shape the quality ecosystem that supports high‑volume metal‑part manufacturing for aerospace and other advanced industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Quality organization, setting strategy, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Build and scale a world‑class quality team, defining structure and recruiting talent.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality‑management systems, processes, standards, and operating procedures.
• Lead certification and compliance efforts for AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, FAR, DFARS and other applicable standards.
• Establish process controls, inspection strategies, quality gates, and measurement systems that scale across sites and product lines.
• Drive production yield improvements, prevent customer escapes, and resolve complex root‑cause issues.
• Manage executive communications and cross‑functional relationships with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience building and managing quality organizations in high‑mix, high‑volume manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace and industrial quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP).
• Track record of delivering certification, compliance, and reliability improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in root‑cause analysis and yield optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and cross‑functional collaboration.
