Director of Product Operations

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Director of Product Operations to shape the costing, sourcing and placement infrastructure for its global apparel business. You will lead the development of standards, analytics and digital tools that empower product teams to make faster, data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain costing methodology, cost driver libraries and benchmarking standards.
• Lead a team of costing analysts, creating guides and training to institutionalize best practices.
• Partner with Finance on margin governance and target costing.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology to define requirements, modernize tools, and drive adoption across the organization.
• Develop scenario‑modeling and what‑if analyses to support sourcing and placement decisions.
• Govern data inputs, deliver decision‑ready insights to leadership, and oversee PLM/BOM system stability.
• Define triage protocols, service levels and escalation paths with IT to protect go‑to‑market timelines.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in product operations, costing or supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong partnership skills with finance, digital, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and change‑management capabilities.
