Director of Product Management – Mastercard Send

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Mastercard Send offering within its Transfer Solution portfolio. The role is based in North America and focuses on shaping product strategy, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative payment experiences across domestic and cross‑border use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Send product strategy, roadmap, and go‑to‑market plan for the North America market.
• Lead P&L performance, ensuring revenue and share targets are met.
• Translate market intelligence into new product ideas, use‑case development, and value‑proposition enhancements.
• Design and launch new use cases, providing thought leadership on product positioning.
• Develop and implement measurable marketing strategies, creating bundles and synergies across the organization.
• Support key deal processes and act as product lead for strategic customer segments.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong product management expertise.
• Deep knowledge of instant payments, open banking, digital transformation, and cross‑border money movement.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• 8‑10 years of experience, preferably in the payments industry.
