About the role

15Five is seeking a Director of Product to lead product and design, reporting to the CTO. The role sits at the core of the company’s AI‑native transformation, shaping strategy and guiding a team of product managers and designers to deliver impactful, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to translate strategic vision into product roadmaps and AI‑enabled features.
• Lead, coach, and grow a cross‑functional team of product managers and designers.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
• Communicate roadmap and product value to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Make technical trade‑off decisions in collaboration with engineering.
• Embed generative AI and analytics into daily product development processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or performance‑management platforms.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a track record of delivering outcomes over features.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment with high standards and accountability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
