Director of Product Design (SaaS)

About the role

Rwazi is seeking a senior individual contributor to own the design system, user‑psychology architecture, and overall product experience of its AI‑powered enterprise SaaS platform. The role reports directly to the CEO and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design habit‑forming workflows, dashboards, and data visualisations that drive repeat usage and enterprise expansion.
• Define and maintain a scalable design system and global UX patterns for enterprise audiences.
• Align UX decisions with revenue metrics such as account expansion, frequency, and referrals.
• Own the full design lifecycle from concept through post‑launch optimisation, using analytics, A/B testing and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, presenting design strategy to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS product design experience with enterprise exposure.
• Proven ability to create sticky, referral‑driven B2B products and drive adoption.
• Strong understanding of enterprise adoption psychology and growth mechanics.
• High‑output individual contributor comfortable operating at executive visibility.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Experience designing dashboards and complex data visualisations.
• Analytical fluency with A/B testing and usage metrics.
