About the role

The Town of Raymond is seeking a Director of Planning & Development to provide land use and site planning assistance to developers. This is an exempt, full‑time, non‑union position that reports directly to the Town Manager. A hybrid schedule, combining on‑site and remote work, may be offered to the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

Provide land use and site planning assistance to developers.
Report to the Town Manager on planning and development matters.
Collaborate with town staff and external stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

Exempt, full‑time, non‑union employment status.
Ability to work in a hybrid (onsite and remote) environment.
Experience in land use and site planning.
