Director of Operations, East

About the role

We are Scan.com, building a national imaging network that connects patients, providers and payers to faster, higher‑value diagnostic imaging. The Director of Operations, East will lead our Operations team in Atlanta, shaping strategy, structure and performance for the Personal Injury division. You will partner with the SVP of Operations to drive efficiency, compliance and growth across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational architecture that enhances team productivity and agility.
• Assist the SVP of Operations in optimizing workflows and ensuring maximum performance.
• Standardize reporting, including dashboard optimization and data management.
• Lead the US Operations team for your markets and collaborate with product, provider management and engineering to improve patient care.
• Own operational metrics, ensuring team adherence to critical deliverables and HIPAA compliance.
• Implement new technologies and automation to stay at the forefront of service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering results in healthcare operations, preferably within personal injury medical services.
• Ability to motivate and retain high‑performing teams while navigating ambiguity.
• Experience applying automation or AI to manual operational processes.
• Data‑first mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
