Director of Marketing, Communications & Demand Generation

About the role

Enovis is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive brand expression and demand generation for its Bracing and Supports business. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape the narrative for flagship brands such as DonJoy, Aircast, Exos, MotionMD and Procare, while building the digital and operational foundation needed to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and generate qualified demand.
• Oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities, ensuring deliverables are on time, on brand, and within budget.
• Guide internal and external communication of product brands across multiple media channels.
• Implement scalable processes, data‑driven insights and technology solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
