About the role

The organization is a fast‑growing, high‑performance manufacturing company seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead production of semi‑custom builds in a technically complex environment. This senior position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to drive efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production across multiple high‑performance, semi‑custom builds.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet timelines and improve efficiency.
• Oversee shop‑floor operations, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute production strategy and scale operations.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, processes, and overall manufacturing execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in semi‑custom manufacturing (marine, aerospace, or similar).
• Strong, hands‑on experience working with composite materials.
• Proven ability to lead and develop production/shop‑floor teams.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and multi‑build environments.
