Director of Legal Operations

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Director of Legal Operations to help shape the future of our rapidly growing personal injury law firm. You will work directly with senior leadership to design the operating system that will support our expansion from 250 to over 1,000 team members while preserving the unique culture that drives our success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to define and implement scalable operational processes.
• Design and build systems that enable rapid growth across multiple markets and states.
• Develop leadership pipelines and foster a high‑engagement, high‑performance culture.
• Create the organizational framework that supports more than 1,000 employees without sacrificing client or team happiness.
• Lead initiatives in organizational design, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
